What we collect
If you send us a message on our contact page, we collect your name, phone number, email and anything you write. Sending it means you agree we can call or text you about your storage. Normal text charges from your phone company may apply. We only use it to answer you and help you rent a unit.
When you rent a unit or pay a bill, you do it on our rental page, run by our storage software provider (Storable Easy), and that page has its own privacy terms.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to learn how people use this site, and may use Google Ads. These tools use first and third party cookies and similar technology to record things like pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device type and rough location. Microsoft Clarity also makes heatmaps and replays of visits (how the mouse moved, what was tapped) so we can fix parts of the site that are hard to use. We use this to improve the site, keep it secure, and improve our ads. These tools do not get your name unless you give it to them elsewhere. If you call the number shown on this site, the call goes through our call tracking provider (CallRail), which tells us the call came from the website and may record it.

To answer your questions, rent you a unit, and improve our website and ads. We do not sell your personal information.
